    AusBespoke Apps is a micro-business, not an agency. You deal directly with the engineer who designs, builds and looks after your software.

    All the work is done here in Australia. There are no offshore hand-offs and no ticket queues, just a real person who answers when something needs attention. Everything runs on standard, backed-up infrastructure, so there's no lock-in. If your project genuinely needs a twenty-person team, we'll tell you that too.

    Who owns the software and the data?

    Your data is yours, full stop. We don't keep it, mine it or hold it hostage: if you leave, you take it with you and we delete our copies. The code is built around your business and stays available to you for as long as you use the app; we keep the right to reuse what we've built. There's no lock-in contract, and you're free to cancel at any time.

    What does it cost?

    Every quote is itemised and fixed before any work starts: a one-off build cost, then either a predictable monthly fee that covers hosting, support and AI usage, or a fixed price if you'd rather run it on your own hardware. No hourly surprises.

    Where is my data kept?

    On a dedicated server in Sydney, locked down to your team, with SSL and daily encrypted backups. AI features use an allowance you can see in the client portal, and your data isn't used to train anything.

    Will it work with the tools we already use?

    Usually, yes. We connect your app to the platforms you rely on: accounting (Xero, MYOB), payments (Stripe, Square), online stores (Shopify), email and calendars (Google, Microsoft 365) and booking or industry systems. If a tool can share its information, we can almost always link it; older systems can often be connected through regular imports. If something can't be connected, we'll tell you before you commit.

    How long does it take?

    Most builds go from first chat to a live app in a few weeks. You watch it take shape on a real link from week one, so there's no big reveal at the end.
